Completely rebuilt in 2008. Heart of Hollywood; on Vine St. 1 block from RED and Milk Studios. Second floor is a large number of office cubicles surrounded by executive offices. Elevator lobby with practical elevator. Quarry tile floors. Lobby has original terrazzo floors.
